The zombie apocalypse will not warn before its arrival – it is up to you to be ready and prepared! To strike those zombies hard and prevent the impending invasion by the brainless undead, you need to have a solid weapon at hand. And apparently the Nerf Zombie Strike Doominator Blaster is the right Nerf Gun for the job. To hit the zombies where it hurts them, you need a balance between power and accuracy. With this blaster, this is what you get and more.

The Nerf Zombie Strike Doominator Blaster was released in the fall of 2015 under the Zombie Strike series. It is a wonderful revolver style weapon which features four six dart barrels that can be rotated to give a whooping number of 24 darts. The user can flip between the available barrels and shoot from whichever one they want to. The flexibility and control offered by this model makes it one of the best zombie strikers in town.

Even the name “Doominator” speaks of the impressive feats one can achieve with it. Install the barrels and rotate them as you fire away. With this blaster, you will not run out of darts and will always have that leverage over your zombie foes. Aim and hit continuously and no one can stop you from winning. This Nerf Zombie Strike Doominator Blaster review will cover its important features, and what we think about this model as a whole:

The Nerf Zombie Strike Doominator Blaster is a large and powerful gun and like most Nerf Guns out there produces ‘some’ noise. However as with most Nerf Guns we have reviewed, the sound isn’t an issue considering that the only sound you will hear is the spring firing off – this goes unnoticed once your in war against your enemies.

The firing rate of any Nerf gun is one of its most important features, the Doominator requires you to rotate the barrels every time you shoot a Nerf dart, it also requires you to cock the lever since this model is a springer, although whilst we trialled this model out were able to fire 1 dart per second which is pretty good considering that it is a single fire gun. You can definitely get all your zombie enemies with this baby.

The firing range of the Doominator is an impressive 70 feet. The weapon is pretty long and bulky and shoots with an amazing degree of force. However, for some enthusiasts out there, this firing range is not as phenomenal at all – until you mod it like some have done!

BUILD QUALITYNerf-Zombie-Strike-Doominator-Blaster-Box

The Nerf Zombie Strike Doominator Blaster is made of high quality plastic and boasts of a very strong and aesthetic design. The color combination of green and orange makes a cool impact, and the long rifle-like design enables it to fire as powerfully as it does. In our opinion the rotating barrels are innovative and work reliably as long as you have a decent method of priming, so great for those who have a quick slight of hand.

From this Nerf Zombie Strike Doominator Blaster review, we found that this particular model is a fantastic addition to the Nerf gun Zombie range, which we were able to find some good points and bad points. While there are many Nerf guns that are preferred over this one, the fact that it uses a flipping barrel system makes it unique and wanted, and with an impressive 24 dart clip, that’s enough to take down your Zombie enemies. A great investment if you want to try something different.
